The 2011/12 Metropolitan Pennant season starts off on the second Saturday in October. The first weekend after the AFL grand final. It is an 18 week season with Bowls Victoria reducing the ends to 21 to help finish a little earlier.
We are looking for new pennant bowlers and would like to hear from anyone who would be interested in playing for Brunswick. As soon as the draw is released we will post it here on the our website.
At present Brunswick Bowling Club has a team in Division 6, however, we are looking for promotion again this year. We are striving to field a new side in the entry level division to give as many people a go at competition bowls. The main thing is peploe have a fun and enjoyable time!!
